How long does a brand identity project take?+
Most brand identity projects run 4–8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. More complex projects with collateral and web design can run 10–14 weeks. We'll scope this precisely in your proposal.
Do you work with startups?+
Yes. Many of our best projects are with founders building from scratch. We offer Starter packages specifically designed for early-stage brands that need a solid identity foundation without the enterprise price tag.
What do you need from us to start?+
A completed intake form, a clear brief, and a signed agreement. We send you a comprehensive creative brief questionnaire after your initial call so we have everything we need before day one.
Do you use AI to generate designs?+
No. Every piece of work is handcrafted by our team. We use AI tools for research and ideation — never as a shortcut for the actual design work you're paying for.
What's your revision process?+
We present 2–3 strategic directions, gather feedback, and refine from there. Most projects include two rounds of revisions built into the scope. We don't do endless revision cycles — they produce worse results, not better.
